B-Service provides the installer with the following functionalities, without the intervention of the alarm centre (PAC).
• Installer has the ability to find a location based on name or customer number. This is only performed on the customer set that is associated with the appropriate Installer.
• The installer can adjust the location data. However this is only possible as long as the location not yet operational (active) is signed out by the emergency room.
• The installer can adjust the contact data of the customer location. However this is only possible as long as the location not yet operational (active) is signed out by the control room.
• The installer has a walk test mode in the app. This means that the installer can independently verify all possible notifications are received correctly by the PAC. The walk test is available only when a location in maintenance is posted and only shows the received messages that are received during the maintenance period.
• The partner can set a location into maintenance. This feature is only available at the time that the system is completely disabled.
• The installer is through a push message notified when the system maintenance is over. This push message will be 10 minutes before end of maintenance period (adjustable period).
• The installer is able to perform a delivery test, if the location can be delivered operational. After correctly carrying out the delivery test the installer can request through the app a activation to the control room.
• It is possible for the installer to have a partner account in the installer list for specific locations. This partner has then after login access only to the locations assigned to him.
